Arthroscopic Circumfrential Capsulotomy (ArCC) Procedure

The ArCC procedure is highly effective for shoulder stiffness from a variety of causes—frozen shoulder/adhesive capsulitis that fails nonoperative treatment, stiffness post-fracture, post-surgery, or after arthroplasty. Immediate gratification with range of motion achieved intraoperatively. Knowledge of anatomy is critical to safe and effective surgery.
